Money Back Guarantee

This Money-Back Guarantee applies only to eligible Summit tickets purchased between 7 August 2026 and the start of the event on 11 September 2026.

To be eligible, the ticket holder must attend each core event experience included in their ticket. This includes every event day available under their ticket type, such as Business of Health on Friday and the Summit on Saturday and Sunday. VIP ticket holders must also attend the VIP Reception on Friday 11 September 2026. Attendance will be verified using the event’s check-in records.
Any concern must be reasonable and raised in person with a senior member of the HOS team before the ticket holder leaves the event. Volunteers are not authorised to receive or process requests under the guarantee. Senior members of the HOS team will be available in the Organisers’ Office throughout the event to receive and address any concerns.
The ticket holder must explain their specific concern and give HOS a reasonable opportunity to resolve it during the event.
The guarantee will not apply where HOS offers a reasonable resolution during the event that addresses the concern and the ticket holder declines it.
If HOS is unable to resolve the reasonable concern during the event, the eligible ticket holder will receive a full refund of the price paid for their ticket.
