In 2010, he founded Dent Global, a multi-award-winning entrepreneur accelerator. Dent delivers training and support services to over 4,000 fast-growth startups. Their mission is to develop entrepreneurs who stand out, scale up, and make a positive impact through business.

He is the author of seven entrepreneurship books, including Key Person of Influence, Oversubscribed, and Entrepreneur Revolution. His latest is the Lifestyle Business Playbook.

In 2024, his team launched BookMagic.ai, a platform for writing a book with the support of AI tools. Their mission is to make it much easier for people to write their book.

In 2026, he has two new startups coming.
