Biography
Ian Evans is CEO of Nicoya Health, where he leads the global expansion of the industry-leading AI clinical platform for longevity. His 25 years in enterprise software have centred on the problem that now defines AI in healthcare: making powerful technology trustworthy with people's most sensitive data.
As Managing Director, EMEA at OneTrust — the global leader in privacy management — he grew the business from $0k to more than $190m and built a 700+-person EMEA organisation within five years, helping enterprises operationalise GDPR, consent, and data governance at scale. As CEO of XTM International he led the company's AI transformation on an explicit principle: move fast on AI, never at the expense of customer data privacy — work recognised with AI Localization Software Company of the Year. Earlier he ran AirWatch's EMEA business, securing enterprise endpoints and mobile data, through its $1.54bn acquisition by VMware, with prior leadership roles at Infor, Astea and Pivotal.
At Nicoya he applies that discipline to clinical AI: a HIPAA, SOC 2 Type II and GDPR-compliant platform where multi-model AI runs inside a governed environment — so clinicians get the speed of AI and patients keep control of their health data.
