Biography

Terry is a biohacker and nootropics enthusiast who has been on an extensive personal and professional journey that ultimately led her to explore the development of a better nicotine product.

Guided by the biohacking community and working closely with the 1N team, she has helped develop a formulation focused on transparent ingredients, removing unwanted impurities while preserving the cognitive effects she and others have experienced.

Motivated in part by ongoing health challenges such as perimenopause and endometriosis, Terry began exploring alternative approaches to pain management and stress regulation. This led her to emerging research around energy regulation and cognitive performance, including the potential benefits and known risks of nicotine. During this exploration, she identified a consistent gap in the market: a lack of nicotine products with clear ingredient transparency, responsible sourcing, and formulations designed specifically for non-combustible use.

With a background from NYU, over 20 years of experience in CPG and venture development, and a strong focus on formulation, Terry saw an opportunity to bring greater clarity and integrity to the category. She set out to develop products that prioritise higher standards of formulation, rigorous testing, and the removal of undesirable ingredients such as sucralose, aspartame, microplastics, and artificial colourings.

Today, her mission is to offer a more transparent and intentional nicotine alternative, and to help challenge misconceptions tied to the molecule’s long-standing association with smoking.
