Biography

Tony Wrighton lives in sunny Portugal with his family, where he spends his time travelling, playing sport, and occasionally butchering the Portuguese language (but trying his best).

He is a bestselling author published in 13 languages, host of the Biohacking News podcast, and an expert in behaviour change, health optimisation, and human performance.

Before turning his focus fully to his author career, Tony spent 15 years as a national broadcaster, hosting shows for Sky News, Sky Sports, and ITV — good times, although he doesn't miss the 3am alarms.

These days, he helps experts, entrepreneurs, and high performers transform their health, behaviour, and impact. And somewhat unexpectedly: he is the world's leading histamine intolerance author. Life’s full of surprises.

He trained in Neuro-Linguistic Programming to the highest level with Richard Bandler, Paul McKenna, and Andy Smith, alongside further certifications in coaching leadership, EFT, and energy psychology. This work now underpins his coaching across health, mindset, and human performance.

Tony also works with high-level experts and authors to publish impactful books through his Premium Publishing Support program. If you'd like to explore working together, he is always happy to chat about books.
